Hand operated manual ratchet-type strapping tensioner,  designed to tighten 13 mm to 19 mm  PET and Polywoven/Cord strapping around cartons, pallets, crates, etc. Used with a 13 mm to 19 mm metal clip. Ideal for heavy-duty applications. Set includes both tensioner strapping crimper.
